I'm from Austin Texas, and graduated with a BF in Studio Arts from the University of Texas in 2003. I enjoy painting, but dove into photography while at school and fell in love with that as well. I really love creating images of nature and wildlife especially here in Texas and on the island of Maui. I hope my love of nature and respect for all living things are reflected in the photos that I create, and every where I turn it seems there is something new to discover. My husband and I were recently blessed with a beautiful baby boy, so I have also been experimenting with candid portrait photography, as any mother would.
